[CPD Record Keeping] Practising veterinary surgeons can record their CPD in the "CPD Credit Point Record Sheet". Completed CPD Credit Point Record Sheet should be returned
to the Board within one month from the expiry of the 2-year reporting
period by mail/fax/email - Veterinary Surgeons Board of Hong Kong Fax: (852) 2730 3256 Fully documented evidence of attendance, in particular for formal courses, should be retained. Unless requested by the Board, there is NO need to send the document and evidence to the Board. However, they are required to be kept for at least 6 years and readily presented to the Board for inspection upon request. |
